Independent research and commentary on the capital, strategy, and regulation shaping Europe's defence and dual-use industrial base.
DOME Strategy is an independent strategic ecosystem platform exploring the intersection of European defence, strategic industries and private capital. Through research, industry analysis and dialogue with investors, industrial leaders and experts, DOME Strategy brings together professionals active in this ecosystem to develop a deeper understanding of the capabilities, technologies and businesses shaping Europe's strategic industrial base. Its initial focus is on defence and dual-use technologies, industrial resilience, and the role of private capital in strengthening national security and European capabilities.
DOME Strategy unites a network of high-caliber experts across investment, transactions, law, corporate strategy, industrial and military operations, based out of London, Paris, Luxembourg, and Munich.
Our aim is to bring the same rigor to this sector that has historically been reserved for more established asset classes - documenting how capital actually moves, where it comes from, and what structures hold up as the sector scales to meet a new strategic reality. As that landscape matures, so does the case for capital built specifically for it. We're following that conversation closely, and building the relationships and expertise to be prepared for what comes next.
